Imagine yourself in a beaten-down truck stop cafe along a deserted
highway. You're hunkered down and drinking a bad cup of coffee -- hoping
to avoid the attention of any number of ghosts that might have followed
you on your lonely travels. You notice a fellow drifter, a kindred
spirit, seated at the end of the counter. He's scribbling some words
onto a torn sheet of paper.
Without looking up, he folds the paper and flips it in your direction.
It lands in front of you.
And you begin to read.
